Job Summary:
Based remotely or at the company's Broomfield, CO headquarters, the International Recruiting Programs Analyst will be contributing to the day-to-day operations of the international recruiting team. This role will lead with direction from the International Program Manager on multiple programs including J-1 Work & Travel, J-1 Intern Program, Part-time J-1s and more. This role will be responsible for assisting in building the framework, workflow, rollout, and execution of multiple international programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Build international recruiting framework, workflow, rollout, and execution of multiple projects and programs in support of diverse recruiting strategies across the enterprise as well as provide checkpoints for existing programs in the portfolio
- Oversee multiple existing international programs, and associated documentation, that support successful launch, completion, and ongoing program management
- Manage the J1 sponsor relationships for the company
- Participate in international programs team development of SOPs, KPIs, and performance management for all international programs.
- Report and analyze international program metrics inclusive of ensuring programs meet the needs of the business and are optimized/ enhanced based on metric guidance.
- Partner with business managers and J-1 sponsor companies to execute successful J-1 work & travel recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Shared Services team to prepare and execute J-1 hiring events.
- Adopt a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of accurate and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize resource utilization in response to business needs.
- Support the International Program manager with projects and visa compliance
- Train and supervise international program hires
Job Qualifications:
Required
- Associate or bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of Related Work Experience
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong Computer Literacy
- Exceptional Communication, Customer Service, Collaboration and Relationship Building Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
- 3 years of Project Coordinator Experience
- 3 years of previous Recruiting Experience
- J1 Visa Hiring Experience
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $52,800 - $73,830. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
