About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Keystone Ranch. As a Bartender, you will have the opportunity to develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment, while helping deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving beverages to specifications
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace throughout the shift
- Following leadership guidelines as outlined during daily pre-shift meetings
- Creating connections with guests and co-workers
Requirements:
- No formal experience needed; we will teach you necessary skills to execute your job safely
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
- Must be 21 or over
