- Perform routine maintenance on lifts to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lift performance and reduce downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in mechanical or electrical repair.
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects.
- Valid US driver's license and intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
