Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Maintenance Technician at Vail Resorts, you will be responsible for:
- Performing regular preventive maintenance checks of boilers, fire pumps, emergency generators, and other equipment
- Completing work orders for maintenance/repair in condominium units and buildings
- Maintaining a safety-first mindset and communicating effectively with department management and other stakeholders
- Accurately documenting completed work for appropriate billing
- Providing exceptional guest service as needed
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years or older, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Additionally, the candidate should be able to lift 50 lbs, have English proficiency, written and spoken, and be able to learn and obtain proficiency with computer platforms.
