Location : Plano / San Antonio TX (Onsite)
About the Role :
As a Scrum Master, candidate will guide cross-functional Agile teams in the development and delivery of high-impact projects. candidate will work closely with the development teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) with client's development teams.
- Work with client's Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is clearly defined and prioritized.
- Remove obstacles and blockers to maintain momentum and ensure timely delivery.
- Guide and mentor teams in Agile methodologies and principles, ensuring a collaborative environment.
- Foster an environment of transparency, trust, and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and retrospectives to enhance team performance.
