Base Area/Parking Attendant - Full Time - Winter / Seasonal - Heavenly
Job Summary: The Base Area/Park Attd will provide exceptional guest service by welcoming our guests and directing their vehicles in and out of resort parking lots in an efficient and safe manner. If assigned to paid parking, attendants will collect money from our guests and bring to parking booths. This position may provide routine maintenance to base areas. In addition to guest customer service this position also includes some snow removal, trash removal, basic maintenance procedures, and general labor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must provide the guests with exceptional customer service and a high energy greeting so that their day will begin on a positive note.
- Must be committed to ensuring the safety of our guests through safe parking practices.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English.
- Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.
- Be able to stand outside in harsh conditions for extended amounts of time.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 6 hours.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.
Preferred skills:
- Guest Service Experience
- Parking or Valet Experience
