- Skill Level: Advanced
- Other Specifics: Snowmakers operate at high elevations on the mountain in varied terrain and all-weather conditions. Due to the nature of this position candidates must be able to navigate mountain conditions through various means of transportation including hiking, skis, snowboards, and various other vehicles.
Job Responsibilities

Operate all transportation vehicles as per the standard operating procedures

Understand and teach proper snowmaking quality checks

Assist snowmaking lead with day-to-day operations

Understand and operate snowmaking pumps, compressors, manual and automated snowmaking guns

Maintain snowmaking equipment and buildings as directed

Ability to complete assigned tasks while unsupervised

Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid driver’s license
-
Previous experience operating/maintaining heavy machinery; snowmaking experience preferred

Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
The budgeted range starts at $23.25 - $25.25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
