The Guest Service department is looking for helpful, friendly folks to provide our guests and fellow employees the information and support they need to have the experience of a life time at the Breckenridge Fun Park.
- Promote safety in the participation of all Fun Park Activities and in completion of job duties.
- Efficiently scan tickets and handle releases in a friendly manner.
- Be knowledgeable about all available fun park activities, resort products, and corresponding prices. Staff will also be responsible for providing information about events in the town of Breckenridge, bus schedules, dining, etc.
- Retrieve, log, and return lost and found items.
- Assist in the GoPod locker operation.

Work cooperatively and effectively with other team members and other departments which may include:
- Load and unload chair lifts/Gondola
- Load and unload sleds
- Attend and instruct guests in use of equipment(activities) in a friendly manner
- Assist in repair maintenance of fun park activities
- Participating in and assisting with break rotations
Must have the following:
- Able to lift and assist children on to and off chairlifts
- Able to use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) as well as manual excavation tools (shovel, pick, etc.)
- Able to walk uphill at a moderate pace at elevation of 10,500 feet
- Able to communicate instruction for and monitor participation in various Fun Park activities
- Able to communicate directions in English for 30 minutes at a time
- Able to lift Mountain bikes on the chair carriers
- Able to lift 55 lbs. repetitively for shifts of 30 - 60 minutes alternating with other employees
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Cash handling experience
Compensation: Starting at $8.70/hour, DOE
