Human Resources: Data Entry - Full Time - Winter / Seasonal - Heavenly
Summary:
The Data Entry Coordinator works seasonally to assist with the applicant and hire process of our seasonal employees. With direction from the year-round Senior Data Entry Coordinator, this position is primarily responsible for Peoplesoft entry of new hire paperwork. Duties include processing applications/hire sets and inputting all relevant information into HRMS. Provide assistance to employees with their hire paperwork, company handbook, W4, I-9, state and federal pamphlets, etc. Other job duties to include, but not limited to data entry, filing, new-hire paperwork processing and quality assurance review. This is an entry level position.
The ideal canidate will have a positve attitude, be hardworking, with an interest in the field of HR but no prior HR experience is required. The HR Team is small but but we are fun!
**This position will work from October 15th through December 31, minimum. Additional hours may be available beyond that, but are not guaranteed. This position is scheduled for day shift, but hours need to be flexible according to employee events and orientations. Holidays are required. Full time, 40 hours a week, not dependant on weather.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and communicate clearly in English. Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence. Ability to file accurately.
- Intermediate or better user of basic Microsoft Office Products (Office, Excel).
- Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Preferred skills:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited University.
- Previous Administrative Experience.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
