As a member of our Restaurant this is your opportunity to work at one of the most iconic golf clubs in the country!
You will need to be able to Mix and serve various ordered drinks, and collect payment for drinks if served directly to guests. You need to maintain the bar and supplies in clean and orderly condition. You may need to assist in taking periodic inventories. You will receive tips for services, which typically represent a portion of compensation for the position. You will also need to assist Restaurant Manager in all aspect of restaurant and is in restaurant when F&B Manager is not. Our season is mid May through October.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Point of Sale experience
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous fine dining waiting experience
- Able to work long hours and varied shifts
- Knowledgeable in wine service
- Experience training employees
