The Parking Supervisor is responsible for exceeding every guest expectation through exceptional guest service while ensuring a safe, friendly and easy parking experience for everyone. This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching & counseling of staff, and evaluating employee performance. Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintain accounting/auditing procedures for dept revenue.
- Assist dept manager in recovery, recognition and all addition internal and external guest service programs.
- Manage daily ingress and egress of all Breckenridge Ski Resort parking lots.
- Responsible for daily department payroll.
- Assist dept. manager with town/resort communications.
- Assist manager in monitoring dept. labor and revenue budget.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- High School/GED
- Proficiency in Excel/Word
- One year of supervisory experience
- Two years of previous guest service experience
- Previous cash handling experience
- Language – English
- Good verbal communication skills
