RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Assisting waitstaff and our guests in all areas of the restaurant in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Greeting guests by offering them a warm, heartfelt welcome to the dining room
- Cleaning and reset counters and tables
- Assisting servers with all beverage service by refilling beverages when appropriate
- Ensuring prompt, accurate service with anticipation of and compliance with all guests’ and waitstaff needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work long shifts and varied hours
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience
LOCATION SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
- Ranch House at Colter Bay’s menu features classics and new evolved cuisine in a ranch house setting perfect for every age, offering breakfast buffet, soup and salad baked potato bar for lunch. Guests can relax at the bar or in a comfortable booth for a hearty dinner and take advantage of the soup and salad bar. The Ranch House is a high volume restaurant running up to 800 covers per day. This position generally works a 32-48 hour work week, mid May through September.
