As a member of our Culinary/Waitstaff team this is your opportunity to work at one of the most iconic golf clubs in the country! This is a great outdoor summer job! You will be greeting members and guests, taking orders for food and/or beverages, and preparing food/beverage items. You will be collecting payments for food/beverages, which will include the operation of a computer or cash register. You are also responsible for bussing the outdoor seating area and clearing/cleaning tables. Working as a cook you will be preparing short order items such as hamburgers and hot dogs. You will need to know the basics of food preparation and handling. Tips are received through food and beverage sales, but the majority of compensation comes from base hourly pay. Our season is typically May through October.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous casual fine dining waiting experience
- Able to work long hours and varied shifts
