This position prepares and serves Sushi to our Spruce Saddle guests in a timely and friendly manner. This position requires that the employee use a knife, or slicer or any other piece of kitchen equipment as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be extremely friendly and outgoing with a strong work ethic - required
- Must be able to communicate in English - required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time - required
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - required
- Must follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations - required
- Must be flexible in job duties - required
- Must be able to follow all the rules and policies of Spruce Saddle Lodge and Vail Resorts - required
- At least 2 Years Sushi Roll experience - highly preferred
- Ability to keep up with high volume Sushi Roll Station - required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays - required
