The Transportation Driver Team Lead directs day to day work within the transportation department, organizes and delegates workload. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Enforces policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Provodes training and guidelines to staff.
- Addresses safety issues and notifies more senior management as required.
- May relolve guest issues and concerns.
- Performs all tasks for which group is responsible.
Job Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Possess a Colorado CDL license with a passenger endorsement (We will provide training to attain your CDL)
- Pass a background check
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must be able to work 4 ten hour days including at least one weekend day, and holidays if they fall on your shift
- Previous experience with Breckenridge Transportation is preferred
