The Utah Sales Lead is responsible for achieving Epic Season Pass sales goals through various channels within their region including: retail stores, events and the college program. In addition, the Lead is the on-site employee responsible for pass sales general management duties of the Utah Sales Agents. This includes hiring, creating and maintaining a staff schedule, conducting agent and partner training, being a communication liason between staff and Epic Season Pass management, selling season passes to guests, and implementing accounting department policies. Finally, the Lead is ultimately responsible for season pass unit sales results within their region and overall according to targets set for each partner and season.
A successful Pass Lead shows proficiency in the following:
- Motivate and manage pass sales agents to increase the sale of season pass units and improve upon customer service levels
- Includes hiring, scheduling, submitting payroll and training all staff
- Exceed overall and weekly unit sales goals
- Represent Epic Season Pass brand within region. Includes: retail stores, events, college program.
- Recommend and coordinate new sales opportunities (events, partners, etc.)
- Develop regionalized sales plan
- Manage marketing for all sales venues including maintenance of the overall appearance and organization of the selling station and staff, collateral levels, requesting restocking needs to Season Pass management and communicating product updates in a timely manner
- Willingness to constantly self and team train on new procedures, systems, etc.

Requirements:
- HS diploma, College degree preferred
- 1 year sales experience, sales background preferred
- 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required, RPOS systems knowledge preferred
- Available holidays: including Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day weekend, mid October & last two weekends in November
- Able to stand for 8 hours
