This winter will be our first winter with full lodging and F&B options for our guests. This job is great for someone who enjoys living and working in the National Parks and wants to share their passion with our guests. This position is responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, checking on guests, and taking payment. Our restaurant is a fast paced environment and is a great opportunity to interact with our guests and provide an Experience of a Lifetime. This winter will have a heavy breakfast buffet service, and more limited dinner service. This position will also be responsible for filling a barista and bartender role as needed. This is a great opportunity to experience various aspects of the hospitality industry. Due to the nature of the limited staffing during the winter season this position may also have to fill in as night audit, housekeeping, laundry, dishwashing, or front desk. Typically works 40 hours per week. Our winter season generally runs from mid-December through mid-March.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
- Comfortable using a computer
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous F&B experience
- Previous experience with InfoGenesis

Life at FRC: Employees are housed in furnished dormitories in our employee village, where you will share a room with one or more fellow employees and can enjoy employee recreation activities and events.
