About the Role
Solution Design:
- Architect end-to-end RPA solutions, considering scalability, flexibility, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.
- Translate business processes into efficient and effective RPA solutions.
Tool Selection:
- Evaluate and recommend RPA tools based on project requirements, considering factors such as scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce RPA governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
System Integration:
- Oversee the integration of RPA solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership to RPA development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural best practices.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations, including security, data privacy, and system dependencies.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
Experience:
- Significant experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on complex and large-scale automation projects.
- SME in Automation360, IQ BOT, Discovery BOT, AARI (AA Robotic Interface).
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation for RPA architectures, design decisions, and best practices.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
