We’re Looking for a Senior Associate Consultant:

As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will:
- Deliver actionable solutions to clients as a core member of the consulting team;
- Translate behavioral economics research into behavior change and engagement solutions to make a direct impact on some of the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry;
- Contribute to firm-building by advancing our thought leadership;
- Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years consulting experience with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Lived experience contributing to a different perspective
- Strong problem solver including ability to develop hypotheses and recommendations
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communications with commitment to high-quality output
- Proven team player and self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
