Lot Attendant

REQUIREMENTS

• Must Have a Valid driver’s license
• Available Part Time 5-25 hours per week
• Able to be flexible with inside and outside duties
• Able to work outdoors; inspecting vehicles and completing dispatch duties
• Access to Cellular Phone
• Access to UHAUL APP
• Customer Service Experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) A Plus
• Punctuality
• Positive Attitude; Willingness to be coached
• Able to Follow Written and Verbal Instructions
• Ability to demonstrate effective time management

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Lot Attendant, you will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of exceptional service, ensuring customers get all the help they need on their journeys
• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Dealer with U-Haul products & services
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Clean and inspect the Truck equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
