•Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in institutional food service that has provided the applicant with the abovementioned knowledge and abilities. Experience in lead or supervisory positions is desired.
•Equivalent to completing a High School Diploma, supplemented by coursework or training in culinary arts preferred.
•Possession of a valid Class C California driver’s license.
•ServSafe Food Safety Management Certification
