Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both industrial and graphic design, with the ability to create visually compelling and functional designs for a variety of products and marketing materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for industrial products, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Create original graphic content, illustrations, and infographics to support product and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Review and provide feedback on junior designers' work to maintain quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Utilize graphic design software and tools to create and refine designs.
• Conduct research on current market trends and competitor products to inform design decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
