Position Summary:
Valbin Corporation is seeking Military Intelligence Training Exercise Role Players for a potential contract under the Department of Defense (DoD).
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.
As the cornerstone of Valbin's strength, Mission Readiness Support provides government agencies and service members with role players, battlefield immersions, and cultural awareness training. Valbin’s efforts ensure that the U.S. military receives the best possible training support as commanders prepare units for deployments into combat and contingency environments.
Requirements:
· Former Military Intelligence (MI), Special Operations Forces (SOF), or support service member with operational knowledge of MI Mission Essential Task List (METL) tasks.
· Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
· Ability to walk distances of up to one (1) mile.
· Available March 9-20, 2025
· U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Requirement: Fluency in both Spanish and English. Two of the candidates required for this potential contract must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Main Responsibilities:
· Participate in coordination meetings, scenario rehearsals, exercise execution, and After-Action Reviews (AAR).
· Accurately portray assigned roles, including acting as interrogatees, based on scenarios provided by training managers.
· Stay in character throughout all scenarios to ensure realism.
· Provide feedback and notes as required during After-Action Reviews.
· Adhere strictly to operational security and counterintelligence/force protection regulations.
· Comply with all security requirements and conduct standards while on military installations.
· Completion of AT Level I awareness training.
Hours of Operation: Ranging from 0800 to 2000, subject to shift changes based on exercise requirements, with shifts lasting no more than 8 hours per day.
