Valbin Corporation is seeking a Role Player Supervisor for a potential contract supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. This position ensures quality performance, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication between the role player team and training staff. ***This position is contingent upon hire.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.
As the cornerstone of Valbin's strength, Mission Readiness Support provides government agencies and service members with role players, battlefield immersions, and cultural awareness training. Valbin’s efforts ensure that the U.S. agencies receive the best possible training support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in role player coordination, training support, or military/law enforcement simulations.
- Experience supervising teams and managing personnel schedules.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on training needs.
- Prior law enforcement, military, or government contract experience is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily role player assignments in accordance with training scenarios.
- Ensure all role players receive proper briefings and training before exercises.
- Maintain attendance records, performance evaluations, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Communicate with Role Player Field Manager, Deputy Field Manager, and government officials to ensure training objectives are met.
- Monitor role player performance, providing coaching and corrective action as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and government regulations during all training exercises.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new role players.
- Address and resolve issues, conflicts, or concerns related to role player activities.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure role players accurately follow assigned scripts and scenario guidelines.
- Generate and submit reports on role player participation, feedback, and improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support contract operations.
Hours of Operation: 0700 -1700 Monday-Friday
