Valbin Corporation is seeking Stock Clerks for a potential contract supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an organized and efficient supply system to support contract operations. ***This position is contingent upon award.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management, preferably in a government or training environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode tracking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience handling government-furnished property (GFP) is a plus.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of training materials, uniforms, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly managed.
- Store and organize materials in designated warehouse or supply areas.
- Issue training equipment, uniforms, and supplies to personnel as required.
- Track and document items issued, returned, or disposed of, ensuring accountability.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to the Supply Technician or Property Administrator.
- Assist in processing requisitions and purchase requests for replenishment of supplies.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of government-furnished property (GFP).
- Dispose of damaged or obsolete items according to government regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if required).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and workspaces.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures for handling and storing materials.
- Assist with inventory audits and property inspections conducted by government officials.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support contract operations.
Hours of Operation: 0700 -1700 Monday-Friday
