Valbin Corporation is seeking a Supply Technician / Property Administrator for a potential contract supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. This role requires meticulous record-keeping, compliance with government property management regulations, and coordination with project managers and government officials. ***This position is contingent upon award.

Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property administration, supply chain management, or inventory control, preferably within a government or military environment.
- Knowledge of federal property management regulations.
- Experience using property management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records of government-furnished property (GFP), including supplies, training materials, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure all property is properly accounted for and in working condition.
- Use government property management systems (such as Sunflower) to track assets, update records, and submit required reports.
- Process requisitions and purchase requests for materials and supplies in compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate issuance, tracking, and return of equipment for training operations, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and supplies to designated locations.
- Prepare and submit FTC-ADM-44 "Survey Reports" for excess, obsolete, or damaged property.
- Manage hand receipts and transfer documentation for equipment leaving or returning to FLETC for maintenance, calibration, or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with government property management policies and assist in preparing for audits or inspections.
- Work with the Project Manager and Government Property Administrator to resolve discrepancies or issues with inventory records.
- Provide quarterly reports on property accountability and supply usage.
- Maintain organized and secure storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and inventory management.
- Assist in joint inventories during phase-in and phase-out periods with incoming and outgoing contractors.
- Train and assist staff on proper property accountability procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall contract performance.
Hours of Operation: 0700 -1700 Monday-Friday
