VALCO Companies, a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, is currently seeking Full-Time Assembly Fans in our Coldwater, Ohio facility.
We offer a 4-10 hour day shift, with benefits eligibility after 90 days. Our employees also receive a quarterly incentive bonus, 60 hours of PTO, and 1 floating holiday after 90 days.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing fabrication and assembly operations for all designated fan models
- Ensuring all fabricating operations meet company standards for safety, quality, and quantity
- Completing required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards and accurate counts on cartoning jobs
- Setting up assigned jobs as required
- Moving parts or loads into and out of the work station as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
