As a Solder & Touch-Up Operator, you will play a key role in our operations by assembling and soldering small components on printed circuit boards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your technical skills through hands-on tasks, including assembling components, soldering and desoldering, and performing quality inspections to ensure our products meet Valcoms high standards. In this dynamic role, you will directly contribute to the development of innovative technologies that drive our success.
We are seeking skilled Solder & Touch-Up Operator with a sharp eye for detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will excel in meeting deadlines, performing thorough inspections, and collaborating in a team-oriented environment to achieve production goals. Candidates should have experience using soldering and desoldering equipment, as well as hand tools for handling small components. A willingness to work overtime and cross-train in other areas is essential.

This is a full-time, benefitted, position working Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. onsite in the manufacturing facility. An occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of the business.
