Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring performance of sales consultants
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team
- Build and promote strong customer relationships
Qualifications
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager or team leader, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Pass a background, drug, and MVR check
