Vale Group has partnered with a highly successful health and wellness company in the Dallas (near Flower Mound) who is actively searching for an experienced Accounting Manager. This is a 100% onsite opportunity - not hybrid, not remote. The ideal candidate must be proficient with budgets, creating and improving policies and procedures, financial reporting and preparing financial analysis, with advanced Excel experience.

Requirements of the Accounting Manager:
Minimum Of 3-4 Years Of Leadership Experience
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Proven track record in budget and financial analysis
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
CPA license is highly preferred
Experience In Travel & Leisure Is Preferred
Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
Oversee several Sr Accountants in all financial reporting activities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze, create and optimize SOPs
Partner with other departments to provide financial analysis and support
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
Support as needed with ad-hoc projects and reporting
