Requirements of the Lead Construction Superintendent :
- 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction, specifically in healthcare, retail, and other large projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of safety and building codes and regulations.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
