Job Description
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to manage daily tasks and improve quality of life.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Follow all facility protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and effective therapy environment.
Note: Overtime rules apply as per shift regulations, and holiday coverage is not required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Maintain a productivity standard of 90% for PT, OT, SLP and 85% for PTA, COTA.
