Position Summary: The position will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce precision parts.

Position Summary: The position will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce precision parts.
Responsibilities
- Produce parts to customer specifications via CNC grinder, manual grinding and/or polishing
- Ensure quality standards are met as required by quality specifications
- Follow dashboard to ensure customer orders are completed in a timely manner with respect to priority
- Partner/Communicate with management on problem resolutions
- Ensure accurate data entry for programming the CNC Grind machine
- Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
- Maintain a clean work area at all times
- Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed
- Ensure all hazardous waste materials are disposed of correctly
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC Grinder or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and programming.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
