What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Valence?
- Review customer quote information and prepare quotes utilizing support personnel as required.
- Review quote information and create and submit bid to customers within the required time frame.
- Itemize costs of services for each service provided Compute cost and price estimates for services provided using a wide variety of criteria.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transition to other departments.
- Prepare and distribute invoices as jobs are completed.
- Clarify any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer.
- Respects confidentiality in discussing pricing, and other business-related practices.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year is customer service or quoting.
