- Oversee and perform maintenance and repair of all systems, building projects, assets and site improvements including building, parking areas, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and infrastructure systems.
- Manages and performs all preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with local management regarding all facilities activity in the buildings.
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating tasks to maintenance team members or completing maintenance orders.
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms and parking lots.
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities, troubleshoot and diagnosing root cause analysis and make repairs as needed.
- Scheduling and performing routine inspections and emergency repairs with the maintenance team and/or outside vendors.
- Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.
- Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff as needed.
- Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.
- Advanced skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors, and team members.
- Keen attention to detail, problem solving, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Assist in the development of capital project organization, scheduling and budget.
- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques.
- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.
- Identify energy saving ansate reduction opportunities and work with EHS and Finance teams to obtain internal and grant funding for the proposed projects.
- Participate in ongoing risk reduction initiatives through internal auditing, safety committee, companywide safety events, and third-party audits.
Qualifications
- 5 years of manufacturing facilities and maintenance management experience.
- Requires a hands-on, self-starter that has a clear aptitude for the systems, mechanics, and structural components of commercial buildings, infrastructure, and maintenance, including such as utilities HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
- Multi-task oriented, ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be open to Travel 20%
- Communication proficiency both verbal and written skills
Salary Range $85,700-$120,775
