With ten strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting in painting operations by preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment.

Responsibilities
- Clean, sand, and mask aerospace components to prepare them for painting.
- Assist in mixing paints and coatings according to specified formulas and instructions.
- Maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of painting processes, including materials used and time spent on each task.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in paint a plus, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
