We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk receptionist to join our dental practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcome and well-informed throughout their visit. You will also manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and assist with other administrative tasks, while utilizing EndoVision software to maintain smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient interaction- greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Scheduling and Appointment Management- Use EndoVision software to schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle any rescheduling requests. Ensure the dentist's schedule runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Phone and Email Communication- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Provide information regarding treatment plans, insurance details, and other office policies.
- Insurance Verification and Billing-Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and process insurance verifications. Collect and update patient insurance information.
- Data Entry & Patient Records- Input patient information into EndoVision and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and office policies.
- Front Desk Administration- Manage office supplies, keep the front desk organized, assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaboration- work closely with the dental team and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient flow and quality care.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred, especially in an endodontic practice. Familiarity with dental software (especially EndoVision) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
