Our dedicated team of therapists is committed to providing exceptional emotional and behavioral health services for children, teens, adults, and couples. We specialize in offering positive and practical assistance to individuals grappling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and divorce, along with other emotional and relationship issues.

Job Requirements:

• We are seeking experienced candidates that are 1-2 years post licensure with a minimum of 1-2 years of direct clinical experience.
• Must have a current California State LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.
• Must have full time availability (minimum of 22 client hours available per week).
• Must be willing to see clients in person only at our Valencia office. Therapists may also additionally see clients in the Burbank office.
• Candidates may not be employed with any other private practice while working for VRI (including telehealth companies such as Rula or Grow)

Our ideal applicant is a clinician who provides individual and relationship counseling for children, teens, and families. Familiarity with or a strong commitment to learning evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, and EFT for couples, is highly valued. We seek individuals dedicated to building robust therapeutic relationships, passionate about delivering the highest level of care, and motivated to stay current on the latest research through ongoing training and consultation.
