Description of Job : Provide business support for VBS Business Planning. Assists and supports SRP / MRP / LBE planning schedule and design. Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and overall financial control. Works with all functional groups (i.e.; R&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, HR, Admin, etc.), as well as regional international companies to coordinate VBS’s planning process and prepares company annual short- and long-range business plans. Monitors progress towards goal and projects outcomes by analyzing sales and expense forecast and financial trends on a monthly basis. Performs ad hoc expense and revenue analysis to aid in Management’s decision-making process.

Conducts business research as assigned for feasibility, profitability and ability to contribute to goal achievement.

Principal Responsibilities :

VBS Business Planning

• Support to coordinate SRP / MRP / LBE Planning Schedule Design. Assist in preparation of annual Short Range Plan (SRP) and Mid- Range Plan (MRP) on a Performance and Entity basis.
• Collects & consolidates regional LBE / SRP sales submissions into the reporting system.
• Monthly Financial Reporting of Performance Sales and P&L. Communicate monthly variance report information to Management.
• Develop transfer price model between VBS and affiliates.
• Prepare monthly analyses of product profitability and continually review methodology to improve and enhance results.
• Coordinate communication with SCC for regional reporting, monthly reports, and planning schedule.
• Improve business processes and efficiency.
• Prepare presentation materials and ad-hoc reports for management team.
• Provide support for company strategic projects.

Experience : 5 Years of related experience.

Education : Typically, a BA / BS, or equivalent.

Travel : Not Applicable.

Base Salary : The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from :

106,000 to $130,000 . Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Incentives : All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
