Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, a commitment to quality workmanship, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work to ensure apartments and common areas are well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders submitted by residents, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Assist in preparing vacant units for new tenants, including painting, cleaning, and repairing any damages.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including materials used and time spent.
- Collaborate with property management to implement preventative maintenance programs and improve overall property functions.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and resolve any maintenance-related issues professionally and courteously.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance as needed.
