Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our dynamic pizza team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a love for creating delicious pizzas. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant's standards for taste and presentation. This role requires to be able to hand stretch pizza dough and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Manage food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and knives.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or pizzeria setting, is required.

- You must be able to hand stretch pizza dough. We do not use stretching machines.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
- Familiarity with menu planning and the ability to create unique pizza offerings.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
- A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
