Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with medication reminders according to care plans.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Coverage in areas such as North side of Chicago, South side of Chicago,West side of Chicago and South Suburbs.
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields.
- Knowledge of CPR and basic first aid techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with developing and following care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
