Workday Payroll Product Manager (HYBRID)

Compensations : Up to $190,000 BONUS

Our client is seeking Workday Payroll Product Manager to join their dynamic Team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with HR and business leaders across the company to tackle complex problems and develop solutions. This role is responsible for the US Payroll product vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions.

This role has a unique opportunity to strengthen our client's Workday product by leading an exciting implementation of Canada payroll, and also delivering custom built solutions leveraging Workday Extend.

Responsibilities :

• Advise leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, product design and implementation for HR and technical needs
• Oversee overall product management and strategic focus
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges
• Evaluate global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management to provide solutions real time
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing solutions
• Articulate the Payroll product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
• Manage processes and routines needed to ensure that the product predictably delivers value, adjust planning in situations that may include roadblocks
• Inspect pre-release progress, recommend changes, and ensure timelines are met
• Develop and monitor product roadmap and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Ensure cross-functional dependencies and business readiness needs are addressed on-time
• Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide

Qualifications :

Salary : $190,000
