Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records and files for both the In-Home Care and CDS agencies.
· Assist with scheduling, billing, and invoicing.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
· Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
· Track time spent on tasks for each agency using a provided time tracking system.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:
· Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 4 hours per day.
· Off on Mondays, Fridays, and weekends.
Compensation:
$19.25-$20.55 per hour (depending on experience).
