We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Armed Security Officer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of clients and their property.
- Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies.
- Write detailed reports of incidents and activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must possess a valid Arizona Armed Guard Card.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an armed security officer.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bi-lingual spanish-speaking preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Mandatory training is required in Pittsburgh, PA for the first week of hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb stairs and walk throughout the community.
- Must have good vision and hearing.
Schedule:
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts (including holidays and weekends). Retail operation is open from 8am - 8pm Monday through Sunday.
