Armed Security Officer
Location: Erie Pittsburgh, PA
Status: Part-Time (30-35 hours per week)
MUST HAVE CURRENT VALID ACT 235 CERTIFICATION
Valentis Group Inc., is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team in Erie, PA. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of clients and their property.
- Monitor and control access to restricted areas.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
- Complete detailed reports on incidents and activities during each shift.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must possess a valid PA ACT 235 certification.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an armed security officer.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Mandatory training is required in Pittsburgh, PA.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb stairs and walk throughout the community.
- Must have good vision and hearing.
