Valentis Group Inc., is currently hiring a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Dispatcher to join our Security team in Pittsburgh, PA.
This schedule will consist of a mix of daylight and overnight shifts to include 11 am 7 pm and 7 pm and 3 am.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and dispatching security personnel to various locations, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor security cameras and alarms
- Dispatch security personnel to various locations
- Communicate with clients and security personnel via phone and radio
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle administrative tasks as required and support the Valentis Group needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience as a security dispatcher preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- The ability to communicate information effectively
