Location: Washington, DC (Community Housing Complex)
Full-Time: Shift is Monday through Friday 3 pm - 11 pm

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum educational level of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of three (2) or more years of customer service work experience is desired.
- Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple assignments and write effective, concise, and legible reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment Schedule and Visitor Logs.
- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
- Hear and resolve complaints from the public.
- File and maintain records.
- Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Analyze data to determine answers to questions from visitors or members of the public.
- Keep a current record of staff members, clients and residents' whereabouts and availability.
- Schedule space or equipment for special programs and prepare lists of participants.
- Take orders for supplies or materials and send them to the proper departments to be distributed.
