- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of client services professionals
- Set goals, establish performance metrics, and regularly evaluate performance
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the team
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
- Develop strategies to enable growth and ensure the team is equipped to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the range of solutions provided
- Partner with operational leaders to develop and execute service strategies that lead to consistent and sustained levels of exceptional customer service
- Foster a positive partnership with clients ensuring trusting relationships that lead to growth and scale of the relationship

- Communicate regularly with senior management as a customer advocate, providing updates on client services performance, opportunities, and challenges
- Anticipate, identify, and present any problems requiring managerial attention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations
- Present reports, metrics, and recommendations to the executive team
- Comply with established rules to ensure that the best solutions are executed, inclusive of addressing delivery challenges
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Current or recent senior leadership role in client services or account management
- Prior experience in client-facing, sales or account management, role in the health insurance and employee benefits industry
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to drive strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and objectives
- Experience with self-funded insurance
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent
- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA
