About This Opportunity:
As a Stop Loss Support and Analytics Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Stop Loss and Valenz Point Solution teams to drive product and service growth strategies. You will be responsible for supporting client retention and development efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals while maintaining and developing reporting to provide actionable insights and enhance business performance.
Things You’ll Do Here:
- Support client relationships across all aspects of the company’s operations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.
- Manage client retention, ensuring alignment with company revenue and loss ratio goals.
- Maintain expertise in the stop-loss application, its modules, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Develop financial, sales, and activity reports to support the sales team.
- Stay informed on industry legislation and articulate its impact on self-funded plans and stop-loss terms.
- Gain knowledge of all company point solutions and support cross-selling efforts.
- Maintain a database of stop-loss and point solution vendors to support product enhancement and competitive analysis.
- Oversee Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems for stop-loss and integrate with other point solution systems as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Three (3) or more years of analytical or sales support experience, preferably in stop loss or healthcare.
- Ability to obtain a Health & Life license within six months.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Power BI and Excel.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
